Fast forward a few days...
I finally found a decent apartment in Jiangdu, a subcity that wants to be seperate from Yangzhou... but isn't.
I also managed to buy an E-bike from the teacher I was replacing which is so useful. It has a range of around 30km in one charge and goes ~50KM/H!!
